## The Real CTO Network

Join the RCN for an intimate dinner to discuss 'Growing International Software Engineering Teams'. Gain insight from peers on common challenges they're facing regarding growing their engineering functions at pace, and learn from real life experiences from those that have successfully outsourced, offshored, or had success in the US and Western Europe using in-house talent teams or RPO’s.

Topics covered will include, but are not limited to, onboarding, DEIB, culture and integration post-M&A, onboarding, team structure, choosing the right location, and remote hiring.

Our sponsor, [G-P/Globalization Partners,](https://www.globalization-partners.com/) is an EOR that makes is possible to hire globally in days, rather than months. They'll bring expert insight into global hiring markets and our joint experience in growing technology centres of excellence in Central and Eastern Europe.
