Jonathan HowellChief Technology Officer, Cazoo

Jonathan joined Cazoo as Chief Technology Officer in 2019 ahead of their public launch.

Jonathan joined Cazoo from MADE.com where he has spent five years as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the growth of the technology and product management teams from 15 to 100, supporting revenue growth of more than 600%.

Prior to that, Jonathan served as CTO at Huddle.com and held various positions at Lastminute.com and IBM. He has served a number of different markets around the world and has more than 25 years’ experience in key technology roles.

Mandy JefferyChief People Officer, Board International

Mandy Jeffery is the former Vice President of People at Workday, a SaaS leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, where she played a key role in helping the organisation scale and grow across EMEA and APJ.

During Mandy’s eight years with the company, Workday grew from 2,500 employees to over 12, 000 and substantially increased its geographical footprint, receiving several employer-of-choice awards along the way.

Prior to Workday, Mandy was Senior Director of HR Operations at Verifone, the global ecommerce and digital payments leader, responsible for international regions.

Dave JoshuaGeneral Manager EMEA, Optibus

Dave joined Optibus as UK Country Manager in 2018.

Dave has extensive experience at a strategic level as well as directly advising clients in analytics, big data and optimization projects for the top FTSE and Fortune 100 for over 10 years.

Previously he has worked as VP of Sales for Romonet, started new regions from scratch as VP EMEA for Canara and European Sales Director for PowerShield as well as other senior technology roles across multiple sectors. Dave also founded a not-for-profit technology graduate platform, launching from Google’s London HQ in 2012.
